Italian Vegan Bread Crumbs
I promise you this is so easy and makes a big difference from the store bought bread crumbs. This goes great in soup or on top of salads, pastas, and pizzas.
You can even use these bread crumbs when making your vegan burgers to help hold them together and soak out the extra moist flavours. Once you make these I doubt you will buy the store bought product again. Plus it helps cut waste if your bread goes stale. Instead of throwing it out like most people do, now you can turn it into something delicious.
