Italian bread stale or hard but no mould
full loaf

sea salt
or reg salt

onion powder

dried oregano

tsp
garlic powder

italian spice herbs

dried parsley
Instructions
Brake loaf of bread into smaller pieces and insert into the food processor
pulse bread until fine powder
spread crumbs onto baking sheet and cook at 400F for approx 6-7 min, then stir crumbs and cook for another 6-7 min or until golden brown.
add the remaining ingredients into a bowl with the bread crumbs and mix together well.
Allow to cool to room temperature and then store in a airtight container in your pantry for 4-5 weeks. Or in fridge for a few month.
