Vegan Italian Bread Crumbs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Italian bread stale or hard but no mould full loaf
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt or reg salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp italian spice herbs
  • 2 tbs dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Brake loaf of bread into smaller pieces and insert into the food processor
  • pulse bread until fine powder
  • spread crumbs onto baking sheet and cook at 400F for approx 6-7 min, then stir crumbs and cook for another 6-7 min or until golden brown.
  • add the remaining ingredients into a bowl with the bread crumbs and mix together well.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature and then store in a airtight container in your pantry for 4-5 weeks. Or in fridge for a few month.
