Vegan Banana chocolate and Peanut Butter Pops

  • double boiler

Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 4 bamboo skewers or popsicle sticks

Instructions
 

  • start with melting dark chocolate in double boiler
  • cut both bananas in half and peel
  • place skewers in each banana
  • spread peanut butter evenly on the sides of each banana
  • roll bananas in crushed peanuts to stick to the peanut butter
  • now completely cover each banana with the melted chocolate
  • refrigerate for at least 45 min or longer
  • when ready eat and enjoy
