Vegan Banana chocolate and Peanut Butter Pops

Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 whole bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 4 bamboo skewers or popsicle sticks

Equipment

  • double boiler

Method
 

  1. start with melting dark chocolate in double boiler
  2. cut both bananas in half and peel
  3. place skewers in each banana
  4. spread peanut butter evenly on the sides of each banana
  5. roll bananas in crushed peanuts to stick to the peanut butter
  6. now completely cover each banana with the melted chocolate
  7. refrigerate for at least 45 min or longer
  8. when ready eat and enjoy
