Summer Gorilla Pop Treats

A great summer cool treat anytime. Or use it as a pre workout or post work out. You have your protein, fats and carbs all in one.
Vegan Banana chocolate and Peanut Butter Pops
Equipment
- double boiler
Ingredients
- 2 whole bananas
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate 70% cocoa
- 4 bamboo skewers or popsicle sticks
Instructions
- start with melting dark chocolate in double boiler
- cut both bananas in half and peel
- place skewers in each banana
- spread peanut butter evenly on the sides of each banana
- roll bananas in crushed peanuts to stick to the peanut butter
- now completely cover each banana with the melted chocolate
- refrigerate for at least 45 min or longer
- when ready eat and enjoy
