What Is A Good Pre Workout Meal?
Being vegan, a lot of people have asked me over the years, how do you get your protein? Do you get enough protein? Do I take any Supplements to help my workouts etc.
Well the answer is no. I don’t take any supplements for working out. I just fuel my body and see what works for me. I have a couple of go to meals for a pre workout. This is one of mine that I make a lot. It’s not too heavy. It gives me protein, carbs and fats. Im good to go after about 30 minutes from eating it.
If you want to give it a try, just print the recipe below and let me know how it works for you. Everyones different so you need to keep an eye on how you feel, the time of day and how much energy or sluggish you feel after a meal. This way you can tweak it for the best results.
Head over to my Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcNLklQDraSss8rpwcLTVQQ and you can watch me make it. Very simple to put together and very tasty.
Give it a try as long as you have no allergies to peanut butter of course.
