Pre Workout Fuel
Peanut Butter, Banana, Blueberries and Chia/Flax Seeds

- 1 medium Whole Wheat Wrap or your choice
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter or substitute if you have allergies
- 2 Tbsp Blue Berries
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds Whole Use Organic if you can
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Spread the peanut butter in the middle of the wrap
Add the banana on the peanut butter making sure you have approx an Inch of wrap left on both sides for folding
Add the rest of the ingredients evenly together
Roll wrap and tuck in the edges
Eat whole or cut in half
