Holy Vegan Macaroon
These No bake chocolate macaroons are going to be a hit around the house. These are super easy to make and aside from the chill time it can be done in minutes.
Chocolate Vegan Macaroons
Equipment
- microwave or double boiler I used a small pot with a metal bowl on top
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate I used 70% cocoa
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Using a double boiler or microwave melt the chocolate chips and add in the coconut oil, vanilla and salt.
- Stir well then add in the coconut and mix.
- Scoop 2-3 tablespoon portions on some parchment paper and transfer into the fridge.
- Allow to chill for 1.5-2 hours and then serve.
