BLT Not!

Delicious T.L.T. Sandwich

This is an awesome way to pack more protein into your day and enjoy every bite while doing it.

Ever heard of Tempeh? I’m sure most of you have but if you haven’t listen to this. Tempeh is rich in nutrients and contains protein, fiber and vitamins.

You can fry, bake, steam, boil or even Bbq this stuff. It is similar to tofu in regards that is can take on the flavours you mix with it. This gives you an array of options from sauces, herbs, spices to marinades and many more.

This marinade I made will have a similar taste to bacon. I know why not just eat bacon then? Well just because we like the flavour, doesnt mean we have to harm any animal to achieve it.

But that’s just my opinion and a topic for another day.

Let’s make this thing!
