Ok folks. Let me know your thoughts on this one. I am in the process of developing new recipes for my next vegan cook book and came up with this beauty. It took a lot of trial and error to get just the right flavours I was aiming for but I think we have a winner.
I Luv The Way This Turned Out…
Portabella mushroom base and vegan crumble complimented with a marinara sauce and avocado cream base underneath. The topping is a cashew coconut cream I have been developing also. The flavours all pull together beautifully with the cashew cream giving it just a hint of sweetness from the infused toasted coconut.
This is going in the book of my new cook book coming out in 2020.
I will keep you posted as there are plenty of awesome recipes I am coming up with to take vegan cooking to the next level.
