Not a vegan? That’s ok until someone visits that is. Most people are not quite sure what to make for a vegan. Do I make a salad? Or soup of some kind? No worries. I created this cook book just for that purpose. Simple and easy recipes to make for breakfast, lunch,dinner,dessert or appetizers. Either way I got you covered. A lot of vegan cooking is based on building flavours and we use a lot of herbs, spices and different things that one wouldn’t normally have in their pantry. Example: liquid smoke or nutritional yeast etc. You don’t have to worry about this since I kept it straight forward and easy to follow. A great go to book for quick and easy vegan recipes.
