Creamy Hemp, Dill, Ranch
Salad Dressing or use as a Dip
This is oil and nut free. A great salad dressing or dip for veggies, pizza etc. I actually even put this on top of some pasta I made the other day.
A lot of vegan dressings and dips contain oil or nuts to create the creaminess. Luckily with this seed it offers the similar results and a load of bonus nutrients with it.

Ranch Hemp and Dill Dressing/Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw hulled hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plant base milk I used oat
- 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 1 pinch fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tsp agave or maple syrup
- 3 large green onions finely chopped
- 4 tbsp fresh dill minced
Instructions
- add all the ingredients except the green onions and dill into a food processor and blend until creamy smooth
- now place mixture in bowl and add the fresh dill and onions.Use right away or allow to thicken up a bit more in the fridge over night.Taste test to see if you need a bit more salt and adjust.
