Best Way To Have Pasta Is To Wait !

Wait for Pasta? What the?

Ok so what I really mean is when you make your sauce fresh it is sooo much better the next day. Everything seems to gel and mix well together. The flavours really seem to come alive. Sure its still good the day you make it but there’s something about the next day that pulls it all together. The only ingredient you can’t really add to have instant result is TIME. I find a 12-24 hour wait period is perfect. In the photo below you can see the finished dish the day I made it fresh. Yes, it was good but watch the video below 24 hours later. I heated it all up together. Note how much thicker and more creamy the sauce became just over night.
