Vegan Mushroom Gravy

White or Brown Button Mushrooms

plus 1 ounce more

Brown Rice Flour

Instructions
Add Chop Mushrooms and Olive oil in Hot Pan. Cook for a few minutes.
Add in Minced Onions and Garlic.
Once Mushrooms start to brown, add in the 2 cups of vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil for a minute then reduce heat to medium low.
Add in your Cumin,Thyme,Oregano & Garlic Salt and whisk
In a separate glass add the ounce of vegetable broth and mix in 2 tbs of brown rice flour to create a Slurry and add into the pan and whisk.
Continue to heat and add 2 more tbs of brown rice flour and whisk continuously.
Allow gravy to cook down for a few more minutes.
Remove from heat and let the gravy sit for a few minutes to thicken up.
Now place the 2 slices of bread on a plate and smother it in gravy. Delicious!
Notes
If you want it thicker just add more brown rice flour and stir or if you want it thinner then add more vegetable broth.
