Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate vegan mousse

Equipment

  • High Power Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 6 pitted Dates
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 1.5 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbs Vanilla Extract
  • 6 tbs Water or more to adjust
  • 1 tbs walnuts optional
  • 1 sprig mint optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut banana in half and keep1 half for after
  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor
  • Puree until smooth. Pending on the size of your avocado you might have to add a bit more water. Only add a tbs at a time until creamy.
  • Refrigerate mousse for aprox 20 min.
  • Plate dish and slice the remaining banana in lengths and place in mousse
  • Now top with the walnuts and sprig of mint. Enjoy.
