1 pinch per individual piece

dried or fresh chives

Instructions
begin with slicing bell peppers in individual pieces (sizing is optional)
remove any seeds and ridges on the inside of each piece
apply a generous amount of hummus to each piece
add a pinch of smoked paprika and chives to each individual piece
serve and enjoy
