Ingredients
  

  • 2 lrg bell peppers
  • 1 bowl hummus your choice of flavor
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika 1 pinch per individual piece
  • 1 pinch dried or fresh chives 1 pinch per individual piece

Instructions
 

  • begin with slicing bell peppers in individual pieces (sizing is optional)
  • remove any seeds and ridges on the inside of each piece
  • apply a generous amount of hummus to each piece
  • add a pinch of smoked paprika and chives to each individual piece
  • serve and enjoy
