Hummus

You can add in some dill or smoked paprika for extra flavours.

Course Appetizer, Side Dish
- 1 can chick peas cooked
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 juice whole lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cracked pepper
- 1/4 cup cold vegetable broth
Add chick peas to blender and give it a few good pulses to start.
Now add the rest of the ingredients except the vegetable stock.
Turn the food processor on puree and slowly add the vegetable stock in. Keep blending until smooth.
Scoop hummus out into a serving dish and top with a little drizzle of olive oil and serve with fresh veggies of choice and or pitas.
