Hummus

You can add in some dill or smoked paprika for extra flavours.

Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chick peas cooked
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 juice whole lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1/4 cup cold vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Add chick peas to blender and give it a few good pulses to start.
  • Now add the rest of the ingredients except the vegetable stock.
  • Turn the food processor on puree and slowly add the vegetable stock in. Keep blending until smooth.
  • Scoop hummus out into a serving dish and top with a little drizzle of olive oil and serve with fresh veggies of choice and or pitas.
