Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 splashes maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice

Equipment

  • Good Blender

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients at once into your blender. Pulse a few times at first to get the ice crushed. Then select smoothie button or pure pending on your blender. Pour and enjoy!
