Ingredients

medium firm tofu
aprox 454g
1/4
cup
grape seed oil
1/4
cup
white vinegar
I used moderna white
1
tbsp
agave or maple syrup
3
cloves
gralic rough chopped
3/4
tsp
sea salt
2
tsp
chives dried or fresh
2
tsp
dill dried or fresh
Instructions
Add all ingredients into blender
Pulse a few times to break up the tofu and garlic
blend aprox 2-3 min until puree
taste test for more salt or garlic if needed
Notes
Put in sealed container and store up to 10 days or so.
