Materials
2patties store bought vegan patties
1/4 bagfrozen french fries store bought
2wholeonion scallions chopped
1/2cuphot pickled veggies from jar in store ( anti pasta)
Instructions
Pre heat oven to 350 Deg and place fries in the oven for 25-30 min.
In a non stick pan fry 2 burgers until finished
add sauce on finished burgers and place on bun
top with scallions and hot pickled veggies
remove fries from oven and top with scallions and hot pickled veggies
Notes
For the sauce I just whisked together 1/4 cup of tahini with 1/2 a lemon juiced, teaspoon of sea salt and a little water. aprox 1/4 cup . Continue to stir until creamy.
