Avocado Lime Spritz

Great for cold pasta salads or as a dip for appetizers.

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 half lime
- 1 cup loose cilantro
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika or just paprika
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper chopped (remove seeds)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- few pinches fresh ground pepper
- 3 tbsp water
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
If you want it a little more thin then just add a tbsp of water at a time until you reach the consistency you like.
I like to make it a bit thick. Mix in with your salad or use as a dip. Enjoy.
