Avocado Lime Spritz

Great for cold pasta salads or as a dip for appetizers.

Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 half lime
  • 1 cup loose cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika or just paprika
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper chopped (remove seeds)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • few pinches fresh ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
  • If you want it a little more thin then just add a tbsp of water at a time until you reach the consistency you like.

  • I like to make it a bit thick. Mix in with your salad or use as a dip. Enjoy.
