Hummus Sliders

Great Appetizer or Snack

Course: Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lrg bell peppers
  • 1 bowl hummus your choice of flavor
  • 1 pinch smoked paprika 1 pinch per individual piece
  • 1 pinch dried or fresh chives 1 pinch per individual piece

Method
 

  1. begin with slicing bell peppers in individual pieces (sizing is optional)
  2. remove any seeds and ridges on the inside of each piece
  3. apply a generous amount of hummus to each piece
  4. add a pinch of smoked paprika and chives to each individual piece
  5. serve and enjoy
