Vegan Italian Bread Crumbs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Italian bread stale or hard but no mould full loaf
  • 1.5 tsp sea salt or reg salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp italian spice herbs
  • 2 tbs dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Brake loaf of bread into smaller pieces and insert into the food processor
  2. pulse bread until fine powder
  3. spread crumbs onto baking sheet and cook at 400F for approx 6-7 min, then stir crumbs and cook for another 6-7 min or until golden brown.
  4. add the remaining ingredients into a bowl with the bread crumbs and mix together well.
  5. Allow to cool to room temperature and then store in a airtight container in your pantry for 4-5 weeks. Or in fridge for a few month.
