Method
- Using a non stick or cast iron pan, crumble the tofu up into small pieces with your hands. Make sure pan is not on yet.
- Now turn stove on to medium high and add all the ingredients.
- Mix well and allow to cook.Keep an eye that it doesn't stick using a wooden spatula to scrape the bottom and stir occasionally.
- Should take about 10 min approx to cook and brown up. The longer you cook it the crispier it will get but you will begin to lose flavour also.
- Add into any meal you like. Ex: tacos as seen here.
