Method
- Add chick peas to blender and give it a few good pulses to start.
- Now add the rest of the ingredients except the vegetable stock.
- Turn the food processor on puree and slowly add the vegetable stock in. Keep blending until smooth.
- Scoop hummus out into a serving dish and top with a little drizzle of olive oil and serve with fresh veggies of choice and or pitas.
