Ranch Hemp and Dill Dressing/Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw hulled hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plant base milk I used oat
  • 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
  • 2 pinches sea salt
  • 1 pinch fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp agave or maple syrup
  • 3 large green onions finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp fresh dill minced

Method
 

  1. add all the ingredients except the green onions and dill into a food processor and blend until creamy smooth
  2. now place mixture in bowl and add the fresh dill and onions.
    Use right away or allow to thicken up a bit more in the fridge over night.
    Taste test to see if you need a bit more salt and adjust.
